Overview:
Elevate your career with CHAGEE as a QA Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring quality and consistency as we scale across the U.S. market.
We are implementing the QSCF audit program and need a QA Specialist to conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards across CHAGEE stores in the U.S. This role supports CHAGEE's mission by ensuring food safety, health, and sanitation compliance, coaching store teams, and helping build a culture of excellence and accountability.

What you'll do:
- Conduct QSCF audits to assess compliance with regulatory, industry, and brand standards
- Observe food preparation and service to ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health practices
- Partner with store-level leadership to address audit discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
- Train and coach store teams on safety and sanitation best practices
- Prepare and deliver constructive, clear, and tactful feedback to store teams
- Maintain audit integrity and objectivity despite potential external influence or pressure
- Document findings and participate in resolving appeals when audit results are contested
Experience you need to be successful:
- 1–3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related roles in the food industry
- Previous experience in coaching or training on food safety standards
- Strong technical understanding of food safety
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for store visits and audits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to write proficient audit summaries and reports
- Able to lift 32 lbs and perform physical demands such as standing, kneeling, stooping, reaching

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications and more.
